Nature of the Site

Evans County Released Inmates is a private reference website with no government authority. It does not store official records, confirm a person's custody status, release anyone, or file a request or court document for a visitor.

The site identifies public Evans County jail, Georgia corrections, supervision, court, and federal resources. It may also connect a visitor with an outside research tool.

Acceptable Use Rules

You must use the site in a lawful and respectful way.

• Do not violate any law through use of the site.
• Do not stalk, threaten, or harass another person.
• Do not use site content for hiring, housing, lending, insurance, or another regulated decision.
• Do not try to obtain access without authorization.
• Do not operate bots, scrapers, or automated collection tools.
• Do not interfere with access by other visitors.

No Consumer Reports

This site is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. It and its advertising partners do not offer background checks, credit reports, consumer reports, or screening services. You agree not to use information found here for an FCRA-covered purpose.

• Tenant selection or housing screening
• Creditworthiness, lending, or insurance premiums
• Licensing, permits, or government-program eligibility
• Any other decision regulated by the FCRA

Outside Websites

Links may lead to sheriff and corrections sites, release-record systems, government portals, legal-aid resources, or outside search services. A link is not an endorsement. We do not control an outside site's content, uptime, privacy practices, or data, and users should read that site's own terms.

Service Without Warranties

The site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranty concerning:

• The accuracy, completeness, or current state of information
• Continuous or uninterrupted availability
• The absence of errors, bugs, or security flaws
• The range or quality of a partner's search results

Custody status and public records can change quickly. Nothing on the site is an official statement from the Evans County Sheriff's Office, GDC, or any other agency.

If One Term Fails

If a court finds one part invalid or unenforceable, the remaining terms stay effective. The affected provision will be limited or adjusted only as much as needed to make it enforceable.
